This ten minute Kung-Fu workout contains many important key aspects of traditional Southern Shaolin Kung-Fu. CHI KUNG, FLEXIBILITY, WAIST POWER, SIT UPS, PUNCHES and KICKS. You can choose between the version with instructions, which is like having an instructor at your side, or the follow-along version, which has short titles instructing you on when to switch exercises.
